An evening of food and friends with Chef Lorenzo! 

Welcome to an evening of flavors from Lazio—the region that’s home to Rome, where rustic meets refined. Here the food is generous, the flavors distinct, and the traditions alive.

We’ll gather around a shared table to enjoy a dinner that feels more like being at a friend’s home than a restaurant. All you need to do is take a seat, fill your glass with wine, and let yourself be looked after.

The chef is cooking just a few steps away. The air is scented with garlic, rosemary, and freshly whipped egg cream. You’re welcome to peek into the kitchen, ask questions—or simply lean back with something delicious in your glass.

Tonight’s Menu
Starter:

• Spaghetti alla Carbonara – the Roman classic with creamy egg-and-pecorino sauce, topped with crispy guanciale

Main Course:

• Scottadito di Agnello or Vitello al Forno – oven-roasted lamb or veal chops, served hot and juicy
• Patate Arrosto all’Aglio e Rosmarino – rustic garlic-and-rosemary roasted potatoes

Dessert:

• Tiramisù Classico – the classic Italian dessert served in a dish, smooth and generous

Vegetarian Option:

• Carbonara Veg & Coda di Ricotta al Forno – a vegetarian twist on carbonara plus an oven-baked ricotta timbale
