Italian cuisine is considered one of the world's best, and it's no wonder—delicious olive oil, sun-ripened tomatoes, and plenty of herbs.
During the evening, we'll learn to make pasta from scratch together with our Italian chef, Sofia.
Simmering pots, floury hands, and lots of laughter.
The evening offers a wonderful experience with Italian tones, aromas, and plenty of inspiration.
You'll get to enjoy fantastic Italian food, meet new people, and even learn to make semolina pasta from scratch all by yourself.
All this concludes with a luxurious dinner and a creamy classic for dessert.
📝 What Happens During the Evening (For Those Who Like Details)
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by our host.
When everyone has gathered, we begin the evening with a taste journey of Italian antipasti—modernized classic small dishes.
You'll get to taste Farinata, Involtini, and Bagna cĂ uda while hearing stories about their origins and preparation.
Meanwhile, our chef Sofia introduces herself and shares her culinary background, as well as her perspective on the role of food in the future.
Then things get exciting!
With stylish aprons on, we gather around the tables to make our own semolina pasta dough from scratch.
Sofia will teach you what makes a good pasta dough—from the protein content in the flour to the right kneading technique.
You'll learn to shape orecchiette, try new pasta shapes, and take on the final challenge: folding elegant tortellini.
Once the pasta is shaped, it's cooked and served.
Here, you'll learn to plate like a true professional.
Then, we enjoy a dinner together with exquisite pasta in our studio—a night filled with camaraderie and energy.
Like a luxurious restaurant experience, but better.
Finally, a creamy tiramisu is served, prepared by Sofia 24 hours in advance.

As if that weren't enough, you'll also get to take home your own box of orecchiette (ear-shaped fresh pasta) to share with family and friends.
