🍕 Welcome to our pizza & Georgian cheese-bread (khachapuri) workshop 🧀—both baked with Swedish heritage grains 🌾 and slow-fermented sourdough. We’ll fire up the wood-burning oven 🔥 in our garden kitchen in Spillerboda 🌿.
We’ll explore heirloom cereals—kulturspannmål 🌾—and why they’re smart for both body 💪 and soil 🌍. You’ll learn how sourdough works and what happens inside a dough that’s given time to rest.
During the class you’ll mix your own dough 👩🍳 and bake sourdough pizza 🍕 plus khachapuri 🧀—the cheese-filled Georgian bread 🇬🇪 that’s easier to eat than pronounce 😋. Everyone bakes (and tastes!) their own pizza + khachapuri. We use local, organic ingredients 🥬, and you leave with a ready-to-bake dough 🛍️ for tomorrow.

Practical info
Dress for the weather—we’ll be outdoors; bring a warm sweater/jacket if it’s chilly. Covered areas protect us from rain. Our dog Bosse (friendly Weimaraner) roams the garden, so please leave other dogs at home.
Getting here
Public transport: Plan via SL. Buses leave Tekniska Högskolan → Norrtälje every 20 min; Norrtälje → Spillerboda 3× daily. Tick the box in your booking if you need pick-up from Norrtälje.
By car: Take the E18 toward Norrtälje (~1 h, traffic depending).
Parking: Follow signs; park on the large turning-circle next door.
