🔥 Grilled & Smoked – Master Barbecue & Smoking Like a Pro 🍖🌲
Spend a full day outdoors packed with aromas, good food and laid-back vibes. This workshop blends clear theory with plenty of hands-on fire time so you can grill and smoke meat or fish for real.

What you’ll learn

  • The difference between hot-smoking, cold-smoking & classic grilling

  • How to prep proteins — brining, marinading and forest-flavour seasoning

  • Smoke times, glazes & spice tricks for depth and crust

  • Choosing the right wood & charcoal for optimal taste

  • Gear hacks and layout ideas for your own dream grill kitchen

Course flow

We light the fires, dive into techniques, then practice all afternoon. You’ll handle brines, rubs, temperature control and smoke management yourself. We finish with a shared dinner: everything we cooked plus matching drinks.
