My name is Danilo, and I am a chef with 15+ years of experience, beholding an all around professional experience from a variety of restaurants, ranging from Fine Dining ⭐️ to Themed Restaurants 🫕.

Throughout my career, I've honed my skills and accumulated a wealth of knowledge, always eager to share my expertise with humility and curiosity.
In each kitchen I've worked in, I've meticulously executed my craft, ensuring that every dish is crafted with precision and expertise. I take pride in maintaining the highest quality standards, always striving to highlight the best flavors from each ingredient. 

My culinary journey began in 2007 in Brazil 🇧🇷, where I pursued studies at Gastronomy University. Since then, I've embarked on countless culinary adventures, experimenting with diverse ingredients and techniques from around the world 🌎, learning from countries that I visited & lived in.

With a keen interest in the interplay between traditional and contemporary gastronomy, I enjoy exploring how these influences shape food consumption behaviors across different cultures.

Through my unique cooking style, which I love to call "Cuisine of Affection", I create curated menus rich with history and stories, inviting diners on a journey through memory lane with every bite.
