My name is Aaron, and I've had the opportunity to work in various kitchens across Europe, honing my craft in the UK π¬π§, Belgium π§πͺ, Germany π©πͺ, and Sweden πΈπͺ.
My most recent assignment was in Stockholm at the Pop House before I decided to shift my focus to out-of-restaurant dining experiences. Now, as an executive chef in my own company, I specialize in personal and private dining services π΄, catering to various embassies and public figures here in Stockholm.
I am a dual national Swede and Brit, and my food ideology revolves around showcasing the best of Swedish produce while maintaining a strong foundation of French traditional fundamentals.
Outside of the kitchen, I'm a father of two boys. My family and I reside in VΓ€rmdΓΆ, nestled at the heart of the Swedish archipelago π.
Here, I find inspiration in foraging for local ingredients, infusing real purpose into the dishes I create.
