I have spent the last years devoting myself to the question “what does it mean to eat”?

Taking a multidisciplinary approach to food, I pair food and drink with the world around you, combine art and artichoke, music, sound, emotion and the absurd to create something with you, the diner, as it’s centrepiece.

Taking experience from time spent cooking in London 🇬🇧, Paris 🇫🇷 and Stockholm 🇸🇪, my flavours focus on purity of ingredients, and an honouring of the simplistic, within which lies concealed complexity.
