I have worked in exclusive award winning fine dining restaurants ⭐️, on super yachts 🛥, in ski chalets in the French alps ⛷, at music festivals 🎶, in relaxed brasserie style restaurants 🍲 and for big catering companies to name a few.
There are not many styles or types of food production that I have not done.
My style is a blend of all the places and styles of food that I have experienced.
My food is simple and unpretentious and I want the focus to be on flavor, color and freshness.
