I am the founder of wildmeat sausage company Viltverket. For me wild food, sustainable eating and care for wildlife goes hand in hand. It also creates my culinary framework in which I operate.
In my food making I delve into the flavours of my upbringing in Dalarna, Provence, the Jura mountains, Gylland and Ireland.
