Growing up, I was ever so often in the kitchen, experimenting with sweets, baking for my family, and soaking in the belief that food is the purest form of love. In my home, sharing a meal wasnât just about eating â it was how we showed care, appreciation, and joy. â¤ď¸
Moving to Sweden was a big change, first for my career in architecture, then for love. But life had other plans for me. When I struggled to find opportunities in my field, I naturally gravitated toward something that had always been a part of me â food. Working in Stockholmâs restaurant scene deepened my passion for sharing Italian flavors, and it made me realize something: the tiramisĂš I had been making casually for friends and family wasnât just âgoodââ it was special. Again and again, I heard: âThis is the best tiramisĂš Iâve ever had.â, then someone said, âGiovanna, I would buy this in a heartbeat!â. Thatâs when I knew it was time to bring my tiramisĂš to every foodie in Stockholm. đ
What makes my tiramisĂš unique? A perfect balance of tradition and a little twist â creamy mascarpone, rich espresso-soaked savoiardi layers, and a delicate surprise: small bites of chocolate that enhance every flavor and add a touch of texture. đŤ
Through my company, Italian Layers, I offer private catering for any occasion â from single-box tiramisĂš treats to office fika spreads, wedding tiramisĂš cakes, and much more.
