Originally from Turkey, Gülşah used to be a graphic designer, but her deep passion for the kitchen led her to Italy 🇮🇹, where she embarked on a new adventure in the culinary world.
Her background in design seamlessly blends with her love for baking, allowing her to create visually stunning and flavorful pastries 🥐 🥮

Inspired by her travels across Italy, she has mastered the art of combining Turkish traditions with Italian techniques, always exploring new tastes and textures 🇹🇷🇮🇹

Since 2015, Gulsah has gained extensive experience in pastry, vegan cuisine, event catering and even sushi gastronomy. She has honed her skills in knife techniques, molecular gastronomy, and fresh pasta-making, bringing a diverse range of flavors to every dish she creates ✨

Her lifelong dream was to open a bakery, and now that dream is a reality with Bollos Bakery in Stockholm! 🎉🍰
At Bollos, she pours her heart into every pastry. She loves experimenting with Turkish-Italian flavors infused with Swedish influences, creating unique treats for food lovers to enjoy.
