A Passion for Culinary Excellence – 24 Years of Dedication

For the past 25 years, I have devoted my career to the culinary arts, proudly serving as a chef in Stockholm. My journey has taken me through some of Sweden’s most esteemed restaurants and hotels, including Sturehof, AG 925, Grand Hôtel, Grodan Grev Ture, and Urban Deli Sveavägen.

Throughout the years, I’ve cultivated a deep knowledge of the craft, rising through the ranks in both intimate and large-scale kitchens.
I led the culinary teams at several prestigious establishments such as Radisson Blu Waterfront, Haymarket, Villa Källhagen, Små Dalarögård Hotel & Spa, and Nordic Light Hotel. Currently, I hold the role of Executive Chef at Sheraton Hotel Stockholm, where I lead a passionate and talented team dedicated to creating world-class dining experiences, I am also an ambassador for the tableware company Norling studio. 

My commitment to the culinary profession has also taken me into the competitive arena.
I was honored to be one of the three finalists in Sweden’s selection for Bocuse d’Or 2025–2027. In addition, I proudly reached the qualifying finals in "Årets Kock" (Chef of the Year) in both 2023 and 2024 — a true acknowledgment of my craft and a powerful motivator to continue pushing boundaries and refining my artistry.
