The duality of his upbringing - the elegance of French tradition paired with the diversity and vibrancy of South Africa has shaped his culinary vision - blending tradition and innovation.
His passion for cooking took him from the Michelin-starred βοΈ kitchens of France to sunlit shores of Martinique, through the flamboyance of England and ultimately to Stockholm πΈπͺ.
In France he had the privilege to work alongside culinary legends such as Marc Vera, Paul Bocuse, and Georges Blanc. His Swedish adventure let him to manage restaurant Balzac and work at Tenstoppet,Β not to mention his contribution to the new gourmet restaurant Persona.
Today he is eager to offer all of his expertise, craftsmanship and rich culture. To him, cooking is an intimate art, a matter of the heart π
