The Menu & Wine Pairings

🥂 Welcome Drink: A luxurious sparkling wine from Lombardy to set the tone for the evening.

🤎 Entrée: Cured elk carpaccio served on a crisp salad bed, finished with a rich lingonberry & cognac sauce.

🍷 Wine Pairing: Two distinctive white wines—one fresh and crisp, the other buttery and full-bodied—each offering a different take on terroir and vinification, spanning continents and traditions.

🐗 Main Course: Slow-cooked wild boar fillet, served with a thyme-infused potato cake, house-made herb butter, seasonal vegetables, and an apple-red wine sauce.

🍷 Wine Pairing: A wild ride through flavors—a German natural wine from Weingut des Jahres 2022, contrasted with a powerful volcanic island red .
