Baking a really good pizza isn’t as simple as it looks. Plenty of people have tried and ended up a little disappointed when the dough didn’t turn out right or the flavor just wasn’t there. We want to change that.
At our pizza course in Stockholm, we share our best tricks and experience. You get to feel the dough, taste the sauce, ask every question you have, and most importantly learn how to make pizza with real intuition.
Here’s what we cover:
• The dough from scratch – what it needs (and what it definitely doesn’t) to become crispy, airy, and full of flavor
• The tomato sauce – simple but essential
• Toppings – how to combine flavors without overwhelming the pizza
• Oven technique – how to bake a pizza so it really shines
We start the evening with a glass of bubbles and get to know each other before rolling up our sleeves. During the night, Lorenzo (our number one pizza nerd) guides you through the entire process, from sourdough to finished pizza.
We finish the way all good food evenings should end – with a shared dinner where we enjoy what we’ve created together.
