Welcome to a workshop on berry kvass, a fermented and bubbly drink made from berries, fruit, and honey.
The workshop is held as part of the Food & Culture Festival by Radici at the Klättermusen Workshop on Södermalm on April 23, 2026.
During the course, you will learn the basics of creating carbonated drinks without added yeast, using the wild microorganisms naturally present in the ingredients. This is a hands-on session where you will mix, experiment, and create your own berry kvass to take home.
