Degustazione e Vini — Emilia Romagna

A generous tour of Emilia-Romagna’s craft foods, led by hosts who grew up with the region’s traditions. We bake tigelle to order and set the table with cured meats, aged Parmigiano Reggiano, velvety gorgonzola, deep, complex balsamic and fragrant honey — simple things done the right way, just like at home. Along the way, we share the stories of the producers and places behind every bite.

The ticket includes the full tasting menu and one glass of Lambrusco. Additional drinks will be available à la carte from our Italian beverage list.

This is an intimate gathering with limited seats — designed to be convivial, flavorful, and unpretentious.
