Cena con amici is one of our favorite formats, where everyone gathers around the same table. Our chefs prepare a three-course dinner in front of you in our open kitchen and share the stories behind each dish. Selected wines from small-scale vineyards are served as pairings for every course (wines are not included and can be ordered on-site).

This evening begins with an introduction to the fascinating world of truffles.

Lorenzo, a certified truffle hunter, will talk about early mornings in misty forests, the training of truffle dogs from puppy to scent master, and the soil where truffles grow. You’ll hear about different truffle varieties, which Italian regions are best known for them, how to store truffles properly, and how they can be cooked and served.

Welcome to an evening scented with forest, earth, and luxury, with black truffle as the main character.

The kitchen is open and close to you. Ask questions, peek in, or simply sit back with a glass in hand.

Tonight’s menu:

Risotto al tartufo nero
Creamy risotto made with Parmigiano Reggiano, butter, and a generous amount of freshly shaved black truffle. Elegant, deep, and perfectly balanced.

Uovo in camicia con tartufo nero
Poached egg served on bread with truffle butter, topped with thinly shaved black truffle.

Dessert: Torta di rose con crema al limone
A rose-shaped pastry from Lombardy served with a smooth lemon cream. Buttery, airy, and beautiful on the table.

Vegetarian option:
The entire menu is vegetarian.
