From soft ricotta gnudi to the rich depths of seafood stew, and sweet almond biscuits from Siena paired with a glass of vin santo—this dinner celebrates the warmth, honesty and coastal soul of Tuscan cooking.

What You’ll Eat

• Gnudi – light, fluffy ricotta dumplings with spinach and parmesan, dressed in sage butter and nutmeg. Tuscany’s answer to gnocchi.
• Caciucco alla livornese – a bold, tomato-based seafood stew with a mix of shellfish and fish, simmered slow with garlic and herbs.
• Dessert: Ricciarelli – soft almond cookies from Siena dusted with powdered sugar, best enjoyed with vin santo.

Vegetarian Option
Ricotta gnudi and grilled vegetables with salsa verde – rustic, simple, and full of flavour.

Evening Flow
