Cena con Amici: A Night in the Heart of Italy

Cena con amici is our favorite event format, where everyone takes a seat at the same table. Our chefs prepare a three-course dinner right before your eyes in our open kitchen, sharing the stories behind each dish. Selected wines from small-scale vineyards are served to complement every course (wines are not included and can be ordered on-site).

An evening with friends and flavors from the heart of Puglia. Experience the warmth and culinary traditions of Bari, where simple, high-quality ingredients are transformed into soulful dishes. The kitchen is open—ask questions, take a peek, or simply lean back with a glass in hand.Come alone or bring a friend—but don't go home without toasting with someone new.

Tonight's menu
• Orecchiette alle cime di rapa
Apulia's most famous pasta – orecchiette with broccoli rabe, garlic, olive oil and a little chilli

• Polpette di pane
Soft bread rolls made with day-old bread, pecorino, herbs and garlic

• Pettole baresi
Small deep-fried dough balls from Bari – golden, soft and perfect for sharing

Vegetarian option:
The entire menu is vegetarian.
