Cena con Amici: A Night in the Heart of Italy
Cena con amici is our favorite event format, where everyone takes a seat at the same table. Our chefs prepare a three-course dinner right before your eyes in our open kitchen, sharing the stories behind each dish. Selected wines from small-scale vineyards are served to complement every course (wines are not included and can be ordered on-site).

Welcome to a night where we gather around the table to celebrate the warmth, richness, and soulful traditions of Neapolitan cuisine. The sweet aroma of slow-cooked cipolle (onions) fills the room, oven dishes of golden melanzane are passed around the table, and the chocolate notes of the legendary Caprese are chilling. It is hearty, loving, and cooked just like at home.
The kitchen is open and accessible—ask questions, take a peek, or simply lean back with a glass in hand.
Tonight’s Menu:

Ziti alla Genovese A slow-cooked white ragù of onions and beef—one of Naples' most beloved pasta dishes with an obscure but mythical history.

Parmigiana di Melanzane Layers of fried eggplant with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan—a dish with roots in 18th-century Naples.

Dessert: Torta Caprese The classic almond and chocolate cake from Capri—crispy on the outside, soft at the heart, and naturally flourless.
Vegetarian Option: Ziti without meat. The other dishes are already vegetarian.
Come alone or bring a friend—but don't go home without toasting with someone new.
Hosted under the A Tavola Matkultur association. Membership is complimentary with your booking and allows us to serve wine during the event.
