✔ Cook three delicious bread types: roti, plain paratha, and stuffed paratha
✔ Master techniques for rolling, layering, and frying
✔ Discover how to pair each bread with chutneys, curries, and yogurt

🌟 Welcome & Introduction

  • A warm welcome and brief journey through the world of Pakistani breads

  • What makes roti, paratha, and stuffed paratha unique

🥣 Dough Making

  • Create a soft, versatile dough using simple ingredients: whole wheat atta, water, salt, and ghee/oil

  • Hands-on practice kneading and prepping the perfect base for all breads

  • Dough resting while prepping flavorful fillings

🍳 Roti (Chapati)

  • Learn the art of rolling round, thin roti

  • Cook on a traditional tawa or skillet

  • Practice puffing techniques for that satisfying finish

🧈 Plain Paratha

  • Explore the layered “laccha” method with ghee or oil

  • Learn folding techniques (triangle, square)

  • Fry until golden, crispy, and irresistible

🥔 Stuffed Paratha

  • Work with fillings like:
    🥔 Spiced mashed potatoes (Aloo)
    🥦 Cauliflower with masala (Gobi)
    🌿 Spinach & paneer (optional)

  • Practice rolling and sealing techniques to keep the stuffing intact

  • Fry to perfection on both sides
