Regina Rojas - Stockholm’s own Peruvian‑fusion guide - invites you into the late‑night energy of Lima’s boulevards, where woks flare, grills smoke and ceviche vendors hustle till dawn. This hands‑on class packs the full flavour spectrum: smoky anticuchos, zesty street‑stall ceviche, crunchy cassava fries and a silky Peruvian crème caramel to finish.
Example Menu
- Anticucho con salsas – beef‑heart skewers marinated in smoky aji panca, served with trio of sauces
- Street‑food ceviche – quick‑cure fish, bold lime bite, cancha corn crunch
- Sánguche de lechón – slow‑roast pork sandwich with criolla salsa and sweet‑potato chips
- Yuquitas doradas – golden cassava fries with aji amarillo crema
- Peruvian crème caramel – silky custard perfumed with cinnamon and citrus
