👩🍳 About Your Instructor
Lovisa has always worked with coffee and food. During her years in Paris, she fell in love with French cuisine and pastries, bringing her inspiration back to Stockholm to open À la Lo Café & Cantine. The café became renowned for its decadent brunch dishes and "buttery" croissants, even reaching the finals in the French Embassy's competition for "Stockholm's Best Croissant." Currently, she is studying product development and design at KTH and conducts baking courses at Jävligt Gott Academy.
