What you’ll do

  • Meet some of Sweden’s most common edible seaweed species and how to tell them apart.
  • Learn responsible harvesting and post-harvest handling.
  • Cook together: use seaweed from raw ingredient to finished dish.
  • Taste a selection of seaweed products & dishes.
  • Take home recipes and tips to keep experimenting.

Sofia Slavik, founder of Vildväxt — trained homesteader, certified mushroom consultant and seaweed guide with deep experience in wild foods, coastal algae and fermentation.
