A hands-on evening for anyone who loves pizza and wants to truly master the basics.
Making great pizza isn’t as easy as it looks. Many have tried, only to be a bit disappointed when the dough didn’t rise as expected, the crust lacked that perfect bite, or the flavor just didn’t land. We're here to change that.
At Chef Lorenzos pizza-making workshop in Stockholm, he’ll share everything he's learned — the real tricks, the techniques, and the intuition behind good pizza. You'll get to feel the dough, taste the sauce, ask all your questions, and most importantly: learn how to make pizza with confidence and feeling.
What We’ll Cover
- The Dough – what it needs (and what it doesn’t) to be light, airy, crisp, and full of flavor
- The Tomato Sauce – simple but essential
- Toppings – how to balance flavors and avoid overloading
- Baking Technique – how to get the most out of your oven, whether it’s home or pro-grade
We’ll start the evening with a glass of sparkling wine and a chance to get to know each other before rolling up our sleeves. Throughout the workshop, Lorenzo — our in-house pizza obsessive — will guide you through each step, from starter dough to finished pie.
And of course, we’ll finish the evening the way all good food nights should end: by sitting down together to enjoy what we’ve made.
